The Car Aid 5-Service Care Plan: five scheduled services for one fixed price, with free pickup and drop-off anywhere in Dubai. Packages for Japanese, Korean, American, German and European cars.
Every package covers three minor and two major services. The price depends only on where your car is from and the size of its engine.
All prices in AED. 5% VAT additional. Including VAT, packages run from AED 2,335.20 to AED 7,270.20.
Prices are confirmed against your brand, model, engine and oil specification. Package mileage and validity are agreed in writing when you enrol.

On each due date we pick the car up, service it at our Al Quoz 1 workshop and bring it back to your home or office.
Every completed service is stamped in your booklet. Three minor services and two major services, five visits in total.
Your package alternates between minor services, which keep the essentials fresh, and major services, which go deeper. This is exactly what each visit covers.

Every package comes with a Car Aid service booklet. Each of your five services is stamped with the date, mileage and job number, so your car's maintenance history is documented from the first visit to the last.

Scheduled services are carried out at our workshop in Al Quoz 1, which handles maintenance, engine, transmission, AC, suspension and electrical work. Between services, our mobile car services and 24/7 emergency line cover breakdowns, battery changes and jump starts wherever the car is.

Our 5-Service Care Plan starts at AED 2,224 plus VAT for Japanese and Korean cars with a 4 cylinder engine, and goes up to AED 6,924 plus VAT for German and European cars with a V8 or larger engine. Every package covers five scheduled services, three minor and two major, so the entry price works out at roughly AED 445 per service.
A minor service covers engine oil and oil filter, fluid top ups, filter cleaning and a full vehicle health check. A major service adds replacement of the air filter, cabin filter, brake pads and spark plugs where needed, plus AC gas top up, engine flushing, fuel injector cleaner and tyre rotation and balancing.
Premium engine oil and the oil filter are included in every service. Parts replaced at a major service, such as the air filter, cabin filter, brake pads and spark plugs, are charged separately unless they are written into your signed quotation. We always quote and ask before fitting them.
Yes. Vehicle collection and return within Dubai is included with every scheduled service in the package, subject to scheduling and availability. Appointments are required so we can plan the collection.
No. All package prices are in AED and exclude 5% UAE VAT. For example, the AED 2,224 package is AED 2,335.20 including VAT.
Package validity and the mileage interval between services are confirmed in writing when you enrol, based on your car's make, engine, oil specification and how you drive. Dubai heat and dust are taken into account when we set the intervals.
Japanese, Korean, American, German and European cars are covered, including Toyota, Nissan, Lexus, Kia, Hyundai, Chevrolet, Ford, GMC, Cadillac, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche and Jaguar. The final price is confirmed once we check your brand, model, engine and oil specification.
Never. If we find a new fault during a service, we explain it, quote it and wait for your approval. Nothing outside the package is done or charged without your go ahead.
Yes. Every package comes with a Car Aid service booklet, and each completed minor and major service is stamped with the date, mileage and job number. Together with your invoices, it gives you a documented service history when you sell the car.
