Dubai Marina presents a specific problem. When a car will not start, it is almost always four levels underground in a tower basement, which is exactly where a tow truck cannot easily go and where you cannot push it anywhere useful.

There are two practical hurdles in Marina, and knowing about them in advance saves everyone time.
