Working in tower basements
There are two practical hurdles in Marina, and knowing about them in advance saves everyone time.
The first is security. Most towers will not let a service vehicle into the basement without the resident notifying reception or security beforehand. If you can make that call before we set off, we go straight to your bay instead of waiting at a barrier.
The second is height. A number of Marina basements have clearance limits that a tall service van cannot pass. Where that is the case we park at ground level and carry equipment down, which works fine for batteries, diagnostics, jump starts and most electrical faults.
When you call, tell us the tower name, the parking level and the bay number. Those three details are the difference between a fast visit and twenty minutes of driving round a basement.
