Sobha Hartland is unusual among the communities we cover because it is two kinds of area at once. Part of it is apartment towers with basement parking, and part of it is villas with private driveways, so the same street can need two completely different approaches.
The factor that ties it together is construction. Mohammed Bin Rashid City is still being built out, and active construction means airborne dust and access roads that change without much notice. Both show up in the work: filters clog sooner, condensers pack up faster, and the route to your building last month may not be the route this month.
Tell us first whether you are in a tower or a villa, because it changes what we bring and how we plan the visit. For towers we need the building, parking level and bay, and a word with security in advance. For villas the street and villa number is enough.
Construction is the wildcard. Access roads in and around MBR City are periodically diverted, so if there is a current detour to your building it is worth mentioning when you call.
Villa driveways here are generous and easy to work in, so longer jobs like full servicing are comfortable. Tower work follows the same pattern as Marina or JLT, done in the bay.
Active construction puts considerably more dust into the air than a settled community. Engine air filters and cabin filters both load up faster here, and a blocked air filter costs you power and fuel while a blocked cabin filter weakens the air conditioning.
